I ordered these shoes specifically for Zumba classes because my sneakers were old and needed to be replaced. I would definitely recommend ordering at least a half size larger than your normal shoe size (I'm a size 7 and ordered a 7.5 and they fit perfectly!) I'm 28 and in decent shape, although I have noticed that I experience some knee pain immediately after class. If you have bed joints order shoes with more support! Ultimately I love these shoes and would highly recommend them :)
